  1. Trading Spaces was still on?
I mean . . . yeah. Trading Spaces was a huge pop culture hit, but once they did that $100,000 episode (instead of $1000, each duo spent $50,000 on one room) and the crossover with its British counterpart Changing Rooms, the draw was over. Plus, Ty Pennington, who got his start on this show many moons ago, got into the home-building business and working on a whole house rather than a room, so the need to see people work on a room was kind of blah.
Which is why I asked “Trading Spaces was still on?”

  2. I disagree…the show went down the tubes when Paige Davis left originally. The show lost its audience, and never gained it back when she came back. The show also changed producers when she came back, so the show had a different feel. I watched it once when Paige came back, and really didn’t like it at all. It may have “jumped the shark”, but I think it’s just a matter of personnel changes that caused its demise.

  3. Maybe they can replace it with another show about sex toys.
