Comcast Tries to Change Image

A new ad campaign for cable giant Comcast aims to change its image from “the most infuriating company ever” with a commercial called “Singalong,” Advertising Age says.

  1. It’s going to take a hell of a lot more to change their image. Real work in providing better boxes and software. Then becoming more responsive to consumer problems, would be a good start.

  2. Actually sending technicians who know what they’re doing the first time instead of the third time they send someone would help as well. At least they stopped their ads saying how easy it is to move your cable from one address to another, because that is truly the worst case of false advertising. I have had problems with TWO moves with comcast. I was so frustrated that I switched to DirecTV, and have had no problems with them at all.
