DTV Help Operators Need Training

FCC Chief Information Office Andrew Martin says that the federal DTV call center operators need better training and need to give better information to callers seeking help with the digital transition, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The recommendation would have operators spend more time with callers., Martin agrees that would mean the current team would be able to help fewer people, the trade adds.
