Former Hulu director of systems engineering Duke Duong has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit claiming he was fired for warning his bosses of the site’s security risks, the Hollywood Reporter says. The complaint, filed in California Superior Court, alleges Duong was attempting to fix security problems when his bosses rejected his plan and allegedly fired him to avoid disclosure, the trade publication reports.
