The season finale of TLC’s “Jon and Kate Plus 8” was watched by 4.6 million viewers on Monday night, ranking it first among ad-supported cable programs in the 9:30 p.m. half-hour timeslot, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The episode was higher rated among young women than programs such as CBS’ “Rules of Engagement” and Fox’s “24,” the trade magazine says.
