YouTube said on Monday it will block premium music videos in the U.K. after it failed to renew a licensing agreement with a music-royalty collection society, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Google Inc.-owned video-sharing site cited “prohibitive licensing fees and lack of transparency” as hindrances to reaching an agreement, the publication says.
