CNN Loses Ground in Primetime

Apr 10, 2009  •  Post A Comment

Even though CNN is attracting more viewers, the network is losing the ratings race in primetime, when opinionated voices such as Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly are drawing higher ratings, Daily Variety reports. Some of the momentum of its election-cycle ratings gains has been lost, with the network shedding 23% of adult viewers between 25 to 54 from 8 to 11 p.m. from January through March, the trade paper says.

  1. This is great. I believe that the American public is “finally” waking up to the leftist reporting that is done night in and night out, and are figuring out that trying to either “ignore” the recent tea-parties or blast anyone who attended one as a “radical-right wing racist or redneck” simply because they are worried about the “extreme” policies going on in this country, just isn’t working. These networks have lost all credibility to more and more Americans, so I say…keep spouting off stupid things…it plays into our hands. I hope that msnbc, nbc, cnn, etc. go backrupt like the ultra-liberal New York Times. God bless Fox News…”fair and balanced ”

  2. Robert Scott is correct… It’s not a left or right thing but an American thing… We have always been self reliant and independent.. It’s not the government but th;e people that make this thing work… Love your country fear your government…
