DirecTV’s 101 Picks up ‘Deadwood,’ ‘Oz’

DirecTV’s The 101 has purchased off-network runs of HBO’s “Deadwood” and “Oz” and plans to air them uncensored and without commercials, Daily Variety reports. The shows will begin running on the network’s Sunday evening schedule on May 31 and also will be shown through DirecTV’s on-demand service, the publication says.
