Chris Wallace, the host of “Fox News Sunday” and director of political coverage for Fox News, prepared for his television career from childhood, when he would pretend to be a newsman with stepfather Bill Leonard, the former CBS News president, Broadcasting & Cable reports. “If the car hit a milestone, say 20,000 miles, we would do a special report. He would be the anchor, and I would be on the assembly line in Detroit with the guy who had made the car,” Wallace tells the publication.
