The MLB Network will mix vintage film of famous plays with computer-generated graphics to create vignettes that will lead in to the channel’s schedule of Thursday night ballgames, USA Today reports. The plays include Willie Mays’ 1954 back-to-the-plate catch and Jackie Robinson stealing home against Yogi Berra and the Yankees, the paper says.
