Time Warner Seeks OK to Dispose of AOL

Time Warner is asking its bondholders to adjust the terms of its debt to permit it to dispose of AOL’s assets, the Wall Street Journal reports. The new CEO Time Warner hired for its troubled AOL unit, Tim Armstrong, formerly with Google, has his first day on the job Tuesday, he paper says.
