The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered an appeals court to review the court’s decision regarding CBS’ Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction in light of last week’s fleeting expletives decision, the Associated Press reports. An appeals court in Philadelphia will reconsider whether the proposed $550,000 fine on CBS imposed by the FCC will be upheld, the news service says.
