Cav Fans Mad Games Are Only on Cable

May 21, 2009  •  Post A Comment

Economically challenge fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers are upset that their team’s playoff games are being televised only on cable channel TNT, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. “I gave up all my frills, and cable was a frill,” Eric Smith tells the paper. “It is absolutely wrong that the Cavs aren’t on TV. You can’t afford to go to the games, and you can’t afford to see them on TV. It is getting to the point that some people are being shut out of sports.” One Web site is streaming the games, but apparently without rights to do so, the Plain Dealer says.

  1. I read the comments section in the Cleveland Plain Dealer story… Way to support your team, Cleveland. No wonder they lost last night.

  2. I would like to start my own blog one day. This was a really nice blog that you made here. Keep up the success 😛
