The FCC has informed the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that it’s continuing to consider whether to change the newspaper and broadcast cross-ownership rules, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The continuing discussions were relayed in a letter asking the court not to lift the stay on the commission’s work on modifying the rules, the trade paper says.
