Hulu may launch in the United Kingdom as soon as September, the Telegraph reports, citing unnamed senior sources close to negotiations. The site most likely will launch with 3,000 hours of American video content, along with programming from the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, the newspaper says. However, negotiations have been complicated by ITV’s and Channel 4’s concerns over ad sales jurisdiction, the Telegraph notes.
