YouTube and Time Warner Inc. have signed a deal that will allow viewers to see clips from Time Warner cable networks including Cartoon Network, CNN and Adult Swim, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Reporter says that the move is a way for the Internet site to get more advertisers, most of whom are reluctant to advertise on user-uploaded videos, which make up the majority of the offerings on the site.
