The producers of the syndicated talk show “The Doctors” are developing a similar series called “The Lawyers,” reports TVNewsCheck.com.

The series, which isn’t yet being formally pitched, is being developed by Stage 29 Productions, which produces "Dr. Phil" and "The Doctors," and is run by Dr. Phil’s son, Jay. 

According to the story, CBS Television Distribution–where one might expect the show to land–is not yet pitching the series. The story said CBS declined comment.
