A lawyer for Jon Gosselin says that the TLC reality star and his wife Kate aren’t likely to have a final divorce decree before 2010, the Associated Press reports.

Attorney Mark Jay Heller told the AP that an arbitrator’s decision on custody of the couple’s eight children and their finances is "a work in progress." The two have been married 10 years.
