Comcast ad sales executive Dave Cassaro is expected to get the plum assignment overseeing ad sales for the new Comcast-controlled NBC Universal, B&C reports.
The $9 billion TV advertising realm will include the NBC broadcast network and cable networks ranging from USA Network, Bravo and E! Entertainment to Oxygen and PBS Sprout. Advertisers will be able to tap into advanced interactivity through Comcast’s upgraded set-top boxes, as well.
B&C said Cassaro didn’t return a call for comment and Comcast executives declined to comment.
