Lifetime is developing a legal drama about a team of victim witness advocates, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

It’s being written by Pam Wechsler, a former homicide prosecutor who left her legal career for a job as legal consultant on NBC’s short-lived "Law & Order: Trial by Jury." She later wrote for "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and "Canterbury’s Law."
