VH1 to Track Highs and Lows of Lives of NBA Players’ Wives and Girlfriends

A new reality series on VH1 will follow the lives of the wives and girlfriends of NBA players, the Associated Press reports.

The series, called "Basketball Wives," starts March 15. The network said it will look at the perks of the women’s lives, including their large homes and designer clothes, as well as their fears that their partners aren’t being faithful while on the road.

Shaquille O’Neal’s wife, Shaunie, who recently filed for legal separation with intent to divorce, is one of the executive producers and will also will be featured.
