Michael Eisner’s Vuguru studio tapped Larry Tanz as president, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Tanz is the former president and chief executive of LivePlanet Inc., formed by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, where his productions included HBO’s "Project Greenlight."
