HBO picked up a fantasy series called "Game of Thrones," which is based on a series of books by George R.R. Martin, the Associated Press reports.
Production will begin in Belfast this summer on a first season of 10 episodes. Sean Bean, Peter Dinklage and Jennifer Ehle star in the story about a power struggle that roils a fantasy kingdom.
The books are incredible. I’m hoping this is one of the best shows ever to be on TV.
