The casting department for "Celebrity Rehab" is aiming for the stars and trying to recruit actors ranging from Lindsay Lohan to Heather Locklear, TMZ.com reports. 

The show recently offered Lohan $1 million to appear on the reality program, as well as "Sober House" and a potential third spinoff show. But Lohan turned down the offer. Both she and Locklear communicated to the program that they don’t have a problem.

After also getting snubbed by Brooke Mueller, the show’s casting agents are now targeting Charlie Sheen.
