CBS Television Distribution has a live daily talk show in development, earmarked to replace the CBS soap "As the World Turns," reports Paige Albiniak in B&C

The pilot features Valerie Bertinelli and Australian talk-show host Rove McManus, who hosted his own program on the Australian Ten Network for 10 years, the story says.

The show, called "Say It Now," is just one of several possibilities that may eventually occupy the slot, including two game-show remakes and another talk show featuring Julie Chen, who co-anchors "The Early Show" and is also married to CBS Chief Executive Leslie Moonves. CBS Television Distribution had no comment.
