Emmy-Winning WWII Program Receives Follow-up From History, With Celebrities Lending Their Voices

The Emmy-winning miniseries "WWII in HD" from History will receive a follow-up from the network, which has greenlighted "WWII in HD: The Air War," reports The Hollywood Reporter

The program will be narrated by Rob Lowe and will feature the voices of Sean Astin, Chris O’Donnell and Elijah Wood as historical participants in the drama, the story notes.

Andy Rooney of "60 Minutes" will tell his story during the program; he was a reporter for Stars & Stripes during the war, the story notes. The show will debut Nov. 10 at 9 p.m.
