‘Glee’ Cast Topples Music Chart Record Set by Elvis

The hit Fox television show "Glee" is making music chart history, as the TV show has surpassed Elvis Presley for the most Billboard Hot 100 songs, reports Billboard.com.

With six debuts on the Hot 100 released Feb. 17, the "Glee" cast has placed 113 songs on the chart, surpassing Elvis’ record of 108 entries, the story notes. The show’s highest-debuting title this week was the cast’s version of Katy Perry’s "Firework," which debuted at No. 34, the story notes.

The song was featured in the Feb. 8 episode called "Silly Love Songs."
