Olbermann Announces Website–And His Logo Makes It Clear Who He’s Targeting

Keith Olbermann, former MSNBC host and soon to be star of Current TV, says he’s launching a new website, and one look at the design makes it clear it mocks Fox News, reports TheWrap.com.

The fake news outlet FOKNewsChannel has been up on Olbermann’s Twitter page for almost a month, but Olbermann has just announced that he will expand the operation into its own website.

Via Twitter, Olbermann promoted his FOK (Friends of Keith) project, saying, "Proud to announce: coming very, very soon, your FOKNewsChannel website."

Olbermann has also been keeping up a mild war of words between himself and former boss Rupert Murdoch, the founder, chairman and CEO of Fox News owner News Corp., who recently said of Olbermann, “We fired him once; we don’t believe in firing people twice.”

Olbermann tweeted in response: "Regarding Mr. Murdoch’s vow not to ‘fire me twice’: Makes you wonder why one of his guys approached me about rejoining MLB on Fox.” Olbermann had a job with Fox Sports Net from 1998-2001.

  1. While I will never agree 100% with Keith, I do frequently concur with his summations and statements.
When it comes to Murdock, Ailes and the lot at FOX, I will stand next to anyone in opposition to their twist on things.
So, I will look for the FOKNewsChannel website and comment, as always, from my gut on what I find.
    To be continued….
