Syfy has made the decision to bring back one of its shows for another season. The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that the cable channel renewed the reality competition series "Face Off’ for a sixth season, and also added two specials that will air in November.
The series, which features 14 makeup artists in a competition to fashion creatures and characters, will end its fifth season tonight, Tuesday, the story notes.
The two hourlong specials are "Naked and Painted," which will look at body painting, and "Top 20 Countdown: Judges’ Favorites, Face Off," which will look at some of the show’s favorite creations.
"Naked and Painted" will air Nov. 12, with "Top 20 Countdown: Judges’ Favorites, Face Off" scheduled for Nov. 19.
