Disney Channel has greenlighted a half-hour spy comedy pilot. The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that the project, "Super Awesome Katy," will star "Shake It Up" actress Zendaya.

The project is about a girl named Katy Cooper, played by Zendaya, who is both a black belt and a tech whiz. She finds out that her parents are spies who expect her to follow their career path, the story says.

Production will start in early 2014, with "Shake It Up" executive producer Rob Lotterstein serving in the same role on "Super Awesome Katy."

"Shake It Up" will air its series finale Nov. 10.
