Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for allegedly cashing in on a tape that captured West’s marriage proposal to Kardashian, reports TMZ.com.

West and Kardashian claim that Hurley put the video on his new Internet site MixBit, as he was desperate for a "second act" after selling YouTube, the story says. "In the lawsuit, Kim and Kanye claim Hurley wasn’t even invited to AT&T Park in San Fran but manipulated his way in," the piece notes, citing the location of the proposal.

The pair also claim that Hurley signed a confidentiality agreement, and that they have a photo of him holding the document. They are suing for unspecified damages, the story says.

The piece adds, "Even though Kim and Kanye don’t say how much the video was worth, they mention it was destined for MC Cable Television, which is an arm of Bunim/Murray and E!, which produces and broadcasts ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’"
