It looks as though there’s a major hitch that will prevent Charlie Sheen from marrying his new fiancee, former porn queen Brett "Scottie" Rossi.

She’s already married.

People magazine reports, "There’s a bump in the wedding aisle for Charlie Sheen and his new fiancee Brett Rossi. The adult film actress still has a divorce to settle, Sheen’s rep Jeff Ballard confirms to People exclusively."

The story adds: " ‘Charlie and Scottie have no secrets,’ Ballard says, referring to Rossi’s nickname. ‘Charlie is well aware of Scottie’s situation.’ "

The marriage would be Sheen’s fourth.
