Fox News Channel has taken the wraps off its plans for a new program, which is set to launch in less than a week. The program is "Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo."

The cable channel announced that the one-hour show will debut March 30 at 10 a.m. ET. Michael Clemente, Executive Vice President of News for the network, made the announcement.

Said Clemente: “Maria’s renowned expertise covering financial markets, job forecasts and the economy has helped define her as one of the finest business journalists in the industry and I am confident she will bring even greater value to Fox News Channel’s weekend programming.”

The network added in its announcement: "’Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo’ will deliver an added perspective to the traditional Sunday morning political conversations. Each week, Bartiromo will interview business leaders and industry newsmakers on topics such as job creation and investment opportunities, providing viewers with an inside look at how to prepare financially for the future."

Bartiromo, who was at CNBC for 20 years until she left the network last year, is Fox Business Network’s global markets editor and anchor of the weekday morning program "Opening Bell with Maria Bartiromo."
