The upcoming "Star Wars: Episode VII" feature film has made a couple of high-profile additions to the cast. USA Today reports that Lupita Nyong'o, who won an Academy Award earlier this year for "12 Years a Slave," and "Game of Thrones" actress Gwendoline Christie are now signed on.
"When the initial cast of the movie was announced, only one new woman was added, prompting a swift and fierce backlash," the story reports. "Today adds not one but two incredible actresses. Christie has plenty of experience swinging a sword on 'Thrones,' and will probably easily swing a lightsaber. And at 6’3″, she’s eight inches taller than Iron Man."
