Former “Daily Show with Jon Stewart” executive producer Rory Albanese is joining another Comedy Central show, “The Minority Report with Larry Wilmore,” reports Deadline.com.

“Minority Report,” hosted by “The Daily Show” senior black correspondent Larry Wilmore, will debut in January and is created by Stewart. It’s said to be a look at news, current events and pop culture, while featuring a diverse panel.

Albanese will executive produce with Stewart and Wilmore, and may also have an onscreen presence. The agreement includes a development angle, allowing him to create another show for the cable network.

Albanese worked for 14 years at “The Daily Show” and shared in nine of its Emmys for best variety series and best writing for variety series. He left the program last year for Warner Bros. TV, where he had a script development deal.
