Scripps Networks Interactive is reportedly looking for a corporate partner, with Chief Executive Ken Lowe said to be discussing a deal with executives at the Allen & Co media conference in Sun Valley, Idaho, the New York Post reports.
Scripps, which has a market value of $11.5 billion, has had previous discussions with Discovery Communications and Disney, the piece notes. It’s not clear who might be interested now, however.
A spokesman for Scripps, which owns networks including HGTV and Food Network, had no comment.
