Brittany Murphy’s father, Angelo Bertolotti, is “cyber bullying” the star of Lifetime’s biopic about the late actress, reports TheWrap.

Bertolotti has been tweeting and retweeting negative comments about the actress, Amanda Fuller, according to the report. He’s called her a “floozy” and wrote that his daughter “would be horrified to know who they chose to play her and how cheap it all is.”

Fuller told TheTVPage.com that she had to block Bertolotti on Twitter.

“He has already gone and attacked me on Twitter and I have had to block him and that is fine. He can do what he wants,” the actress said. “If he really respected his daughter’s memory then I don’t know if he would be trying to make all this controversy about it. Let her rest in peace.”

TheTVPage.com noted: “Early reviews have poked fun at the production quality and charged that Amanda doesn’t look anything like the tragic star.”

Fuller responded: “All of our hearts were in the right place. I had two days to prepare. I would have loved to have months of preparation and time to get down to a really skinny [body] so I could portray her physically better. And we would have loved to have had more money and more time for vocal lessons and stuff like that.”

  1. Then why make the movie if it’s a half ass effort? Only 2 days to prepare? Bullshit. The film will suck. I can’t figure out why they’re even making a movie about her…she wasn’t that great…
