A tribute to the late Joan Rivers by her show “Fashion Police” delivered a record audience for the show, with 1.1 million total viewers tuning in, reports Deadline.com.
The special’s audience was more than double the year-earlier time period average, the piece adds. “Fashion Police: Celebrating Joan” aired Friday, capping off an all-day marathon of “Fashion Police” episodes.
“The Rivers package propelled E! to its most-watched and highest-rated Friday in more than two years,” the story notes.
