Acclaimed director David Fincher, who is already committed to at least one HBO project, has another one in the works for the premium TV giant, according to a scoop by our friend Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com.

Last Thursday evening, Dec. 18, 2014, Andreeva wrote, “ ‘Gone Girl’s’ [director] David Fincher is revisiting his days as a music video director with a half-hour project at HBO. Tentatively titled ‘Living On Video,’ the project — which had been in the works at HBO for months — was written by Rich Wilkes (‘xXx’) and Bob Stevenson, a friend of Fincher’s from his music video days, based on an idea by Fincher, who is expected to direct.”

The story adds that while a script is done, a pilot for the show has not yet been given the go-ahead.

Fincher is working on another HBO project, “Utopia,” and is an executive producer on the Netflix original series “House of Cards.”
