Netflix has confirmed that it has renewed a superhero series for a second season. The streaming service will bring back Marvel’s “Daredevil” in 2016, TVbytheNumbers.com reports.

Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez will be the showrunners for season two. Created by Drew Goddard, the show comes from Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios for Netflix. Season one debuted on Netflix April 10.

The show’s blurb reads: “Blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) fights against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the Super Hero ‘Daredevil’ in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.”

Along with Cox, the cast includes Deborah Ann Woll, Rosario Dawson and Vincent D’Onofrio.
