Katie Couric pulled off an April Fools’ Day prank during an appearance Wednesday on late-night TV, with James Corden of CBS’s “Late Late Show” providing the perfect victim. Corden, who replaced Craig Ferguson as the show’s host, has barely been on the job for a week.
