A fixture of the CBS daytime staple “The Talk” returned Tuesday from what she called “a bump in the road.” Co-host Sharon Osbourne returned to tears, cheers and a standing ovation after a leave of absence for an undisclosed medical issue.
Osbourne, 62, had been off the show since May 18, with the program relying on a rotating lineup of guests — including Osbourne’s daughter, Kelly — to fill her vacant seat. Others who filled in included Valerie Bertinelli and Drew Brees.
Osbourne was welcomed back Tuesday by co-hosts Aisha Tyler, Sara Gilbert and Sheryl Underwood, along with Jeff Lewis of “Flipping Out,” who was filling in for Julie Chen.

Very glad Sharon is back. Just wish two of the other co-hosts will be replaced soon!
