A young actress picked a high-profile TV moment for a near-wipeout as she took the stage to present the first award of the night at Sunday’s “Teen Choice Awards.”

ET Online reports that Sarah Hyland, one of the stars of ABC’s “Modern Family,” almost went down after she tripped on the way to the podium. Hyland was appearing with Skylar Astin to kick off the evening’s awards presentations.

Fox News reports that Hyland blurted out “Are you f–king kidding me?” before quickly covering her mouth.

Hyland made a graceful recovery, joking about the incident and later tweeting: “You guys. I tripped. I tripped on camera. I tripped on stage in front of all you. #mylife #clumsyforlife”
