The lineup of performers who will appear at the MTV Video Music Awards, which was already strong, has beefed up even more with the announcement that Justin Bieber will perform.

MTV announced that Bieber will perform the song “What Do You Mean,” from his upcoming album. The high-profile awards ceremony is set to be televised live this Sunday on MTV.

The lineup of performers already included The Weeknd, Pharrell Williams, Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky and Twenty One Pilots.

Kanye West is on tap to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award, and Taylor Swift will premiere her “Wildest Dreams” music video during the preshow.

Among the top nominees, along with Swift, are Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar and Mark Ronson.
