Following similar moves by CBS involving its dramas “Supergirl” and “NCIS: Los Angeles,” the drama series “Legends,” which airs on TNT, reportedly delayed a terrorism-themed episode in the wake of Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris.
TNT reportedly aired a repeat episode Monday night in place of the scheduled original. Both CBS shows had also been scheduled to air Monday night, and reportedly substituted episodes that had been slated for later in the season.
As we reported previously, the originally scheduled episode of “Supergirl,” which is titled “How Does She Do It?,” had Kara trying to stop a series of bombings in National City. “NCIS: LA” had scheduled an episode titled “Defectors,” reportedly about young women being recruited by a terrorist organization.
TVbytheNumbers.com notes: “The ‘Legends’ episode probably hits closest to the actual events of last week. It’s set in Paris and involves Martin (Sean Bean) searching for Kate (Aisling Franciosi) at a peaceful protest that he believes will turn violent.”
