Things have taken a nasty turn for a former reality star who is already implicated in a sex scandal. People magazine reports that Josh Duggar, a former star of TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” is accused of assault and battery in a lawsuit filed by model and adult film actress Danica Dillon.

The report says Dillon “alleges that Duggar ‘assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries’ while they were having consensual sex after he propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club in March, according to court documents obtained by People.”

Dillon is seeking $500,000 in damages in the suit, filed Tuesday.

“The news comes as the former ’19 Kids and Counting’ star remains in faith-based rehab center Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois, where he checked in August after confessing to cheating on his wife Anna using the website Ashley Madison and being addicted to porn,” the story reports.
