A drama series that has already undergone a number of changes behind the cameras — even though the series has only aired one season — is at it again.
The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that the Netflix series “Narcos” is changing showrunners, with Adam Fierro out and Jose Padilha and Eric Newman taking over for the show’s second season.
Fierro replaced Chris Brancato after Brancato oversaw season one.
The series stars Wagner Moura as drug kingpin Pablo Escobar. The series has been nominated for a Golden Globe for best drama series, and Moura is nominated for best actor in a drama series.
First you get the money, then you get the power. whoops. Wrong drug kingpin.
