CBS has placed pilot orders for two projects. TheWrap.com reports that the network ordered the drama “Bunker Hill” from Jason Katims and “Superior Donuts,” based on the Tracy Letts play.

Katims will write the pilot for “Bunker Hill,” with Katims and Michelle Lee executive producing. The show, from Universal TV in association with CBS TV Studios, focuses on a cutting-edge Silicon Valley hospital.

“Superior Donuts” comes from CBS TV Studios, with Neil Goldman, Garrett Donovan and Bob Daily writing and executive producing; Mark Teitelbaum and John Montgomery also executive produce.
