Is there room on the TV landscape for yet another awards show? Fox apparently believes so, as it just took the wraps off plans for the first Electronic Music Awards & Foundation show.

Deadline.com reports that the program, which will be produced by TV4 Entertainment and electronic music icon Paul Oakenfold, will air on Fox Saturday, April 23, at 8 p.m.

The announcement by the network says the show will feature “electronic music’s leading artists, creatives, executives and visionaries (to be announced). Among those being honored are the early trailblazers and legends of electronic music, as well as the top-trending acts of today. The show will feature red carpet coverage, awards presentations, interviews and live performances from electronic music’s biggest artists.”
