At a funeral service at the West Angeles Church of God in Christ, family and friends — including Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson — remembered singer Natalie Cole, ABC News reports.

During the three-hour funeral, Wonder sang, Kurt Carr performed with the choir, and Cole’s band, led by her music director Gail Deadrick, played. On one song, Cole’s son Robbie sat in on drums.

Robinson, Lionel Ritchie, Chaka Khan and producer David Foster spoke, as did Cole’s son and sisters. Attendees included Gladys Knight, Johnny Mathis, the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Greg Phillinganes and Linda Thompson.

Cole, who died of heart failure due to pulmonary arterial hypertension, will be buried at Forest Lawn in Glendale, next to her parents, sister and brother.
